Q: What if I miss one month?
A: No worries! Your prepaid session is saved and can be used the following month. You can also gift your prepaid session to someone else.
Q: How do I gift my prepaid session?
A: Simply let the recipient book a 60-minute membership appointment. Then, call 507.720.6727 or text us at 952.923.3129 to provide your verbal or written permission to gift the prepaid session.
Q: How do my family members book a session?
A: Your family members can book the membership session under their name. At the time of the appointment, they will share your name as the family member. Our records will confirm the membership, and they will receive the membership pricing.
Q: How do the upgrade offers work?
A: As a member, you can enhance your massage experience by adding upgrades like massage cupping, an aromatherapy foot masque, hot stones, bamboo therapy, a hot oil scalp treatment, or healing jade stones. You'll receive 50% off the regular price for each upgrade.
Q: If I want to cancel, can I get a refund on a previous prepaid session?
A: You can cancel or pause your membership anytime using the Square app. However, if a payment has already been processed, we do not offer refunds. Your prepaid massage remains available for you to use, or you can gift it to someone else.
Q: Why does Square ask for my credit card at the time of booking if I have a prepaid massage?
A: Square requires a credit card to hold all appointments. This is to prevent no-show appointments. You are not charged unless you fail to cancel your appointment. We ask for a 12-hour cancellation notice, as we reserve the room and therapist for you and turn down other appointments during that time.
Q: Can I use this membership to buy a gift? How can I create a 3-month or 6-month membership?
A: Yes, you can give the gift of massage membership.
Here’s how it works:
1️⃣ Book a massage membership appointment under your name a few weeks into the future. Or call us to create the membership. 507.720.6727
2️⃣ After signing up, contact us via text or phone to let us know the membership is a gift for someone else. We will cancel the appointment and manually add you to the membership. The recipient will then be linked to your prepaid sessions.
3️⃣ You have full control of the membership duration, making it easy to gift 3 months, 6 months, or any custom time frame you choose!
Q: I have family near your Savage location. Can they go to that location?
A: Yes, your family can book at our Savage location. However, please note that Savage has different membership prices. They can pay Savage membership prices for their session. Please call or text us to notify us of your family member going to that location, as the Savage location does not have access to the Mankato membership list.
